Peachtree Heights is the epitome of historic Buckhead living, the Atlanta History Center’s Swan House being the centerpiece of the neighborhood. Originally developed in 1910, Peachtree Heights is filled with both historically and architecturally significant homes; the entire neighborhood was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.
